I really liked reading the initial dealer reviews when I was shopping for the MINI. I wonder if the same type of setup could be started for dealer service? I am about to take my MCS in for the nav.upgrade and a taillight lens replacement and it would be nice to compare some service experiences.

I just rolled the service review into the dealer review.

You can always edit/ammend a deler review that you have written so I intend to keep the 'service' part of my dealer review up to date.
