first trip to a mini dealership!
i made my first trip to a MINI dealership. my service engine soon light has been on for a while and i finally got the opportunity to have it looked at. i made a three day trip to atlanta, ga. i took my car to hank aaron mini. i am very very pleased with their service. they were able to take care of many of my concerns (as i purchased my MINI used). they were able to take care of everything without me having to spend a dime (and they washed my baby!)
services included:
ses light fixed by replacing the knock sensor
replaced dome light assembly because a button was missing
replaced cap piece beside the ebrake
fixed my squealing windows
ordered a passenger rear side panel (my current one is lifted up)
replaced seat belt (the slide on the old one had frayed it)
hank aaron MINI was a very good experience for me

It seems to be hit or miss with Alabama MINI's visiting Atlanta dealerships.
Glad Hank Aaron hit a home run for you, as he has struck out on other Alabama MINI's recently. . .

Why? They've always exceeded my expectations...friendly, fixed right the first time, and very prompt.
