Stl Mini Dealer Too Busy?????

I sent this dealership an email Mon telling them that I was interested in an 06
blah blah blah. I got an email tue, maybe autoresponse, Im not sure telling me that they would call me. Nothing as of today. Ive called them in the past and it was extremely difficult to get the service dept. Im kinda worried, if I would buy a mini from another dealer (farther away then the current 4 hrs.) that Id have problems getting it in for service, yet with their lack of interest it concerns me. Am I wrong having these concerns?
Id appreciate your feedback.

Go there and have a discussion with the sales manager and service manager. These Mini dealers are different than most car dealers. The good news is I went to 3 Mini dealers and everyone was very nice and very low key (ie: NO pressure at all). The bad news is they know they will sell all their cars without too much effort.

Anyway go and meet these guys. That will tell you if you want to do business with them. It's a long term relationship. If they blow you off or don't stop and talk to you, don't do business there.

Autohaus is not the nicest dealership. There is nothing wrong with them, but they do not seem to go out of their way either. They have a steady enough business to keep 1-2 months out, so they probably won't go out of their way to make a sale.

The service center is small and very busy (shared between BMWs and MINIs).

Again, I don't want to say anything bad about them. They don't mistreat their clients. But they are a little more old fashioned and don't go out of their way.

It can be very crazy in a MINI dealership, trust me. I worked from 8:00 this morning until 8:30 tonight, I sold 4 cars but never even had a chance to check the dozens of emails that came in today. Hopefully tomorrow, I'm going to bed. I agree with royal4mac.

I agree with both JohnMonk and royal4mac. Go in person then make a decision.
