Does the Aero kit COMPLETELY replace the front and rear bumbers and the side skirts? I am in the process of fixing a MINI with damaged rear bumper and side skirt. I am thinking of just getting the aero kit instead of getting OEM parts. So does the factory aero kit use anything from the stock front, rear, and side peices? Thanks...I can post pics of the damage if you need it.

 

The aero kit does not replace: the plastic arch molding over the rear wheel, the A-panel plastic arch trim around the front wheel, or the plastic arch trim attached to the hood. The aero kit includes: front/rear bumper covers, and side skirts.

 

so it would replace this damage though? Meaning, I can completely throw away the rear bumper and replace it with the aero bumper. I do realized that the black molding over the wheel will need to be replaced...

 

Correct. If you get the rear aero bumper, all you need is the black molding that goes around the wheel. (Its missing in your picture.)
