It looks cute for parades and stuff but dang! DRILLING HOLES..... No way I'd do that for a novelty item! They need to get a suction cup plastic version or something.

According to the sight, you dont drill holes. There is abracket that attaches to your licence plate. Or your rear wiper

I downloaded the instruction sheet. It mounts to the license plate bracket. No new holes needed for the stationery version. The version that turns would be hilarious, but I ain't willing to ditch my rear wiper. I use it everytime it rains.

I'm thinking about getting one.

On an older post, MINIclo posted a link for one that attached with a suction cup. I'll try to find it, but I doubt I will.

It was only $12. Not a bad deal.
