This fella is just sitting in the used car lot of my local MINI dealership. It's pretty much the exact car I had in mind. It has the sunroof and chrono pack that I'm not too fond of (would trade them both for HK if I had the chance). Would like the chrome-line interior kit as well (can they retrofit those?). It includes both Sport and Premium packages.

It only has 18085km on the clock and they're asking for $31900 (Canadian), which is basically the cost of a new Cooper S (base) , which technically you can't even order up here any more.

Sooo, anybody know how to multiply my bank account balance a few times over so I can pick her up?

Sure you can retrofit the chrome items. I had to do this also. The bank account is another matter...
