My wife and I had the exact opposite experience. We purchased from a Lexus dealer. They offered us drinks and none of that "here meet my manager" garbage. The only two people we talked to were the sales and finance rep. Knocked down the price without me even asking. Scottsdale Lexus are alright in my book and I recomend them.
