I begged, and begged and begged for a liquid yellow hard top and it was a no go. I said, what if I pay more, it was still no. What if I call Mini USA and whine, and offer to pay more, still a no go.
Even though it is a standard color for the cabrio's, and had just been discontinued in March. So sad . But I have to say that I am extremely happy with the pepper white. It is beautiful, and makes me really happy now that it is home with me.

I did the same thing, wanting a cool blue hardtop. Not even a custom colour, it is a colour that the currently offer, but because I have a hard top... NOPE. :(

Here is a custom painted color made exactly for what the customer wanted ... a Rolex Green Boxster S. $82K. Looks like the customer ordered it and then didn't want it
