Loaner car for bodywork?

I need to take my car into the dealership (MINI of Sterling) for some body work.

It is my understanding that MINI of Sterling doesn't do their own body work, but instead uses some other business partner to get it done (correct me if I am wrong).

My Question: If I take my car to MINI of Sterling for the body work, will they give me a loaner? Has anyone done this before?

My insurance is through USAA and they have several recommended shops in the NoVA area. One of the places they said they can set me up with for repairs is Craftsmen Auto Body in Sterling, VA. Thoughts on their level of service/work?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

If it's insurance work, probably not.

I didn't get a loaner. They said they only give em out for work that is done at the dealer.

Some body shops will provide them. If they dont, then maybe your insurance company will.

I had paint issues with my MINI (fixed under warranty) and had a loaner for two weeks while the work was done at an off site body shop.
