Two Words: Competition Stereo.



Only bored humans with money could come up with such a concept as a "stereo competition", but if you go (and those who have, will back me up),you will see that all bets are pretty much off. Logic? What's that? Hopefully this guy owns or is sponsored by a stereo shop.

(point: I do like the fact that when you close up the hood and doors it looks a like a typical EB MINI. Nice "stealthy" touch.)

 

it's certainly you-ified. good for him if that's what he wants. seriously, just because he doesn't conform to the normal modding 'standards' that everyone else does isn't reason to tear him apart. It doesn't fit my taste either... but I hate to see someone knocked for making their car what THEY want. it's not like he pimped YOUR ride without you knowing it.

edit: I may be slightly biased because I know the guy that owns the blaupunkt MINI.

 

The yellow MCS was built by Ultimate Audio in Orlando and was designed for the SEMA show.

 

I'm betting the first pic of the Blue MINI is a bad photoshop job. Not only is it stupid and impossible, the position of the supercharger is too far back (or looks that way to me). I know a lot of these cars are done by shops demonstrating what they can make/sell, but like everything else, too much is too bad. Car customizing is an art, and for every true artist with a keen eye there's a dozen fools with too many catalogs and credit cards in their possesion.
