R50/53 My first convert!!
My first convert!!
At one of the offices I work in (I'm a floater for a corporate travel agency in my time off from our dog training business and my P/T gig at the elementary school
) one of the girls I work with loves El Kabong. I've been telling her for months to get off her **** and get a MINI now! She's been driving Minivans long enough and it's time to have a car for her!! Well I guess my good common sense finally sunk in, she just emailed me that she picked up "Clive" yesterday!!! The last time I worked there, I spent my lunch break on Carmax helping her learn which features where what, what to look for, etc.
Anyway, I've emailed her back with the links to NAM and the Atlanta MINI club. Don't know if she'll post or not, but I'll work on that next mua-ha-ha-ha!
Anyone else out there done any successful recruitment?

Yep - Scavenger... and to this day I'm shocked that I managed to get through to him, as stubborn as he is when it comes to spending money.
Now I've been trying to convince his wife that SHE needs a MINI too - an MCC, the perfect complement to an MCS. The MCS for harder performance and bad weather driving... and the MCC for sunny cruises with the top down, and better gas mileage! I'm relentless - I'm surprised she hasn't told me to shut up yet about it. Hehe.
