Mine was a passenger door ding at the movie theater. I parked way out, but when I came out the lot had totally filled and some kids had wedged an old beater in with their passenger side to mine about 12" away. I figured they'd let the passengers out, then pulled in, but I was wrong. All the way through the paint. Oh well, at least just a door ding and not major carnage.

 

I scraped my webspokes with about 7K miles on her :( got the curb on the right front and rear. It's small though - about a half an inch on each - just enough for me to know though....

There are some places that repair mag and alloy wheels - about $130-170 to repair. Just do a search for alloy wheel repair...
