I am going to shamelessly plug for Rasmussen MINI.
I brought the ol' MINI in for "Service II" on Thursday.
Not only did they give me a ride to and from work, my service advisor (Ms. Fry) advised me of a few important issues involving the car and managed to get them fixed at a VERY reasonable rate.
I have never been treated so well in my life.
Two thumbs up, and a customer for life.

I had a great experience myself last month with purchase. I haven't needed any work done yet but I've heard a lot of good feedback from people who have had work or bought BMW's

 

Its just amazing! Both of my dealers are VERY nice. I get free car details and washes. Also free oil changes on my Landrover Discovery!

 

They have been amazing for me as well Josh and the whole gang there! There is not one thing I could have asked for that wasnt offered to me first! I have had mine 3 weeks now. I had to take it back in a few days after I took delivery to have the tough guard applied to the inside and out...Josh gave me his car for the rest of the day and then called and said for me to hang on to it until the next morning! I would recommend them to anyone!

 

I wish Josh was in CALI.. lol.. at least you get to keep him!

 

Yep! I actually ran into him and his wife the other day when I was in line at Starbucks. Just good people!

 

yep, when i decided to take the plunge it was almost a split between going to the Bay Area and going to Portland- Portland is less hectic than the Bay, plus no sales tax in OR. Jarid and the folks at Rassmussen MINI definately get props for service, even staying late to deliver the gekko when i flew up there after work one saturday.

Broke it in gently with a sweet ride to the coast and down to the CA state line. Best part- HWY 199 from Crescent City to Grants Pass. The first ten miles or so has the most carve-a-licious turns...

Only 1K miles, but the rubber side is still down!
