I was looking at Zaino's website and saw this product developed for Mini's called Mini Glaze. Has anybody used it and if so any reason to get it?

it is zymol - not zaino....i haven't used this particular zymol so my comments are more in general to zymol. I have also used the slew of meguires and zaino. Zaino is my preference. But I also mix my zaino with other sythetic products to achieve other results. It depends what you want out of a wax.

1) Durablity - Zaino
2) Protection - Zaino
3) Glossy Shine - Zaino
4) Real Deep Shine / Depth - Zymol
5) Availibility - Meguires

The deep shine that zymol and other true waxes can give is great...the one part of zaino where it doesn't quite stack up...but I've been mixing zaino with other products to get the deep shine....so far it seems that the durablity isn't affected too much - but depends which products you use.

 

Yea just caught the name mix up. I was looking at Zaino and Zymols webpages tonight and hence the mixup. Sorry bout that.

Can you buy Zaino at any retail outlets as it looks as if it is mostly mailorder?

I just got my car and was also wondering how long you have to wait until you apply a wax product? It was built around 1 month ago.

By the time you get your car - the paint has had plenty of time to cure - wax it as soon as possible.

Zaino is mostly mail order but there is a fair amount of distributors as well - email sal at zaino and ask him for the name of a distributor local to you.
