Month 2, windshield chip #2

I have had my 2006 MCS for 2 months. After the 1st month I got a large chip in the windshield right in the line of sight. I had the windshield replaced with PPG glass as per the recommendation of NAM, even though you can see the auto wiper sensor stuck to the window.

Another month passed and last night I was on my way home and I got a small chip in the new glass. It is small and out of the way, so I can just have it filled. But am I going to go through this every month?

Windscreen chips are a part of the MINI lifestyle

We all suffer from windscreen chips, stress cracks, divits, whatever you want to call it. Just a part of the fun of owning a MINI. Nothing to be concerned about if small, check out an epoxy repair shop in your area.

yep, the joys of owning a Mini. but I guess its worth it. I got a chip right smack in the middle of my rain sensor. Luckily its still working properly, doesn't look too nice though..
