R50/53 Just Not Fair
Just Not Fair
Had my strut mounts replaced by the dealer(Towson, MD) a month ago, under warranty. Great!
However!!!!
While changing my springs a couple nights ago, I find out that the dealer stripped the post on the top of the strut. Ofcourse, this is after I cut off the spring and it was about 2 in the morning. Okay, so I did the back springs and sway bar to finish of the night, around 5 am. Night owl. Neighbors must hate me.
Anyways!!!!
Next morning, I take the strut to the dealer and now it's not warranteed because I took the strut off the car. And I can't even put it back on with the spring being cut off.
So I had to shell out some money for a new strut.
Is that fair??? They strip my post and now I have to pay for a new one.
Who do I write to? This ain't over!!!
