R50/53 The Batmini gets it... again. :(
Ouch dude.
As for the garage people, have you thought about possible litigation? Did you sign some kind of waiver with them back when you first started parking there? I refuse to believe that you'll have to foot the bill for their negligence. Knowing what they did and how they won't accept responsibility really ticks me off, so I can imagine how you feel about it!

Damn, Will, what an unbelievably frustrating saga.
You seem to be keeping your composure much better that I would be, if I were in your shoes.
I think you should go buy a lottery ticket. You can't possibly have any more bad luck!
Look forward to seeing yuo and the BatMINI at the Dragon!

Sorry to hear about Batmini. Garages will deny everything and anything. Next time you've got service issues (if you are at the dealership you bought the car from) talk to your MA or the Sales Manager and they will put pressure on service to make things right.
My MA quit, and the Sales manager blew me off when I went to talk about getting a second Mini for Misses Wagnbat... So I doubt he'd be helpful. And Tate's chain of command dictates that BMW service manager runs Mini service from across the street.
Body shop called... Hood is painted and mounted... They went to mount the stripes, and claim the stripes are too short for the hood.
I leave for the Dragon in about 17 hours, and have to pick the car up in about 5. Doesn't leave much time for a fix, and I can't get ahold of the vinyl company.
Also, could not get a replacement scoop, because there's a "national outage", so the body shop patched the fiberglass & repainted...
So much for going to the Dragon fixed.
EDIT:
Talked to the vinyl peeps... Seems instead of making the stripes as the same as when I ordered last year, they made them 'factory' style so that the stripes don't touch either end of the hood... Not happy... I wanted it the same... Too late to fix now.
