Every one in the states talks about the MC and the MCS. However no one talks about the MINI One. I know it is not available here, but what is the real differance between the MC and the One?

The MINI One has a scalding 90 horsepower, steel wheels, regular suspension (not sport, or sport+)

Check out the full details here: MINI One specs

A prominent reason nobody in the US talks about the One is exactly what you said; it's not available here! It's not like we're missing anything not having the One
(except fuel mileage)

Gas mileage and HP I think. I don't know
specifics on the engine though. I think
they would sell here though and don't
know why they didn't bring a few over.

Less standard features, less horsepower (about 90 compared to 115)
