I formed the Kansas City MINI Enthusiasts club a couple of months ago KCME and need some assistance creating a logo. I contacted MINIUSA regarding using the MINI logo incorporated in a design and they said no :???: They stated that they would like to let the club use the logo, but then they would have an inconsistent legal policy and that could be challenged in the courts.
So......
I need some help.
Anyone want to volunteer?
Actually I kinda have a tradeoff I could offer. At my place of work, I have access to large format digital printers that can produce banners 54" wide on various mediums as well as items like cling vinyl emblems. We could trade design time for printing resources.

 

I would recommend opening it up to the members of your club as well. I am the secr/treas of the Pittsburgh MINI Club and we let the club members enter ideas for our name and anyone intersted could also submit logoideas. We had a great response!

This may help you with your ability to use a "mini" type logo for your club. You are not harming the business in any way, and probably increasing or enhancing it.
