You may be thinking of the cosworth M7 project car, pearly white, super expensive.

And if I'm not mistaken John was also at MOTD06.

I was always down with the dechromed/black with PW before I saw this car, now I'm dead set on it. Pick her up in 2 weeks!!

I forgot who I met but it wasn't Don's Pearl white Cosworth...the one I saw was PW with identical black wheels and I believe it also had the JCW wing...

Love the look, indeed! I have a black gas cap (powder coated) but how did you do the door handles? A paint shop or your own work?
I love the details. Of course, the stark B-W contrast is truly unique. The wheels look a little dark for my liking, but hey, it's your car!
cheers,

Very impressive!

Why won't MINI offer a "pure" white option.....it would look sooooo good
Pure white, IMO, looks cheap, it's not a classy looking color.

The black wheels really don't do it for me - they sort of dissappear against all that white and I think a deep anthacite would have been better for just those parts - but I can see why you went that way with the high-contrast theme. Other than that it's fantastic. I like the little details like the black badge and the white/black dash... Nice work!

I like the black wheels, they work wonders with the b/w theme, and it looks so much trackcar.

I'd love to see a black roof, 5-20% tint all-around and headlightrings painted bodycolor.

I saw John's car at the Dragon and I was overwhelmed w/ the attention to detail and the sheer volume of changes that had been made to the car. Everywhere you looked you could find a mod. What was even more impressive was that each and every mod took the car in a unique direction... it was obvious that a careful plan had been made and that each mod followed the plan.

Brilliant work!

Remember that thread about whether black wheels are just a fad?

I love it, I really wondered why MINI didn't offer the interior with a PW option of some sort. Glad to see it looks as good as I knew it would .
Not loving the black wheels, but that's just a thing with me. It works well with your overall look and I can't imagine you having any other wheels.

Msfitoy, it was me that you met at the Dragon, remember that I told you that we had something in common but I couldn't tell you yet? The thing we had in common was being featured MINIs in MC2. I actually kind of like negative comments (like wheels, arches etc etc.) I wouldn't want a "generic" look that everyone liked. (Does that make sence?)

That looks absolutly incredible. Reminds me of the milk theme from OS X (any other mac users here?). That piano black dash looks soo good with the white outlines. I also think the grills in the bumper are quite tasty, but maybe its just me.

I think there are many Mini owners that just don't want to stop modding because it's more than just a hobby.

Never stop having fun with your mods - variety is the spice of life.

Thanks! I am a newbie Mac user. I just gave up the old PC for a new black MacBook.

Very Very Nice

superb attention to detail........ did you paint the dash or is that the piano black? I really like the JCW wing.....I know there are a lot more innovative features but these are things I can do and have been thinking about. congrats on the MC2 article.....
