And if I'm not mistaken John was also at MOTD06.
I was always down with the dechromed/black with PW before I saw this car, now I'm dead set on it. Pick her up in 2 weeks!!

Love the look, indeed! I have a black gas cap (powder coated) but how did you do the door handles? A paint shop or your own work?
I love the details. Of course, the stark B-W contrast is truly unique. The wheels look a little dark for my liking, but hey, it's your car!
cheers,

The black wheels really don't do it for me - they sort of dissappear against all that white and I think a deep anthacite would have been better for just those parts - but I can see why you went that way with the high-contrast theme. Other than that it's fantastic. I like the little details like the black badge and the white/black dash... Nice work!
I saw John's car at the Dragon and I was overwhelmed w/ the attention to detail and the sheer volume of changes that had been made to the car. Everywhere you looked you could find a mod. What was even more impressive was that each and every mod took the car in a unique direction... it was obvious that a careful plan had been made and that each mod followed the plan.
Brilliant work!
Brilliant work!
I love it, I really wondered why MINI didn't offer the interior with a PW option of some sort. Glad to see it looks as good as I knew it would
.
Not loving the black wheels, but that's just a thing with me. It works well with your overall look and I can't imagine you having any other wheels.

Msfitoy, it was me that you met at the Dragon, remember that I told you that we had something in common but I couldn't tell you yet? The thing we had in common was being featured MINIs in MC2. I actually kind of like negative comments (like wheels, arches etc etc.) I wouldn't want a "generic" look that everyone liked. (Does that make sence?)
That looks absolutly incredible. Reminds me of the milk theme from OS X (any other mac users here?). That piano black dash looks soo good with the white outlines. I also think the grills in the bumper are quite tasty, but maybe its just me.

I thought it might've been you wasn't sure...I lost track of you at the Dragon...Congrats on the MC2 feature
Very Very Nice
superb attention to detail........ did you paint the dash or is that the piano black? I really like the JCW wing.....I know there are a lot more innovative features but these are things I can do and have been thinking about. congrats on the MC2 article.....
