Does anyone have the magnetic graphics from mini-stuff.com?
They have numbers, bonnet, boot and side stripes.
Sounds like it is better than vinyl stripes for me. I dont have to find anyone
to install in for me and I can take it or put it back anytiime I want.
But will it stick to the car as firm as vinyl?
Will it fly off easily? Any experience?

 

another down side is someone can also take away from your car anytime they want!!

But, in leiu of that. They will discolor your paint if any moisture gets trapped underneath...Apply them only to a completely dry surface, and if it rains it is a good idea to remove them and let the surfaces dry completely

 

They won't fly off easliy if they're flexible enough. And theft is probably not a concern as it is not something most thieves look for.

Yikes, thieves are getting desparate nowadays. Someone need to design a "club" for magnetic stripes.

 

Well, it WAS 2 years ago, though.....

 

I had a nice Kia counterfeit last year.... and the dealership installed a magnetic checkerboard roof... and they all fell off while driving! (at like 5mph for like 2 miles)

 

Actually, now that I am finally able to visualized checkerboard bonnet stripes on a MINI, maybe the thieve did Yucca a favor.

You have to be very careful with magnets. They will scratch your paint.

I was thinking about the magnetic graphics too, I decided to just go and get the Frosted Vinyl Side Flames instead. Quite happy with them.

 

Oh no....they looked terrific on his BRG/W MCS! Very sharp!
