R50/53 Heated seats not working

Picked up new MCS last friday - heated seats not heating despite little green lights on....any ideas for a fix? I live > 1hr away from dealer and would like to repair if easy fix....

Check the manual... it may be as easy as a fuse that blew.

I hope it is an easy fix, maybe you were wearing a thick coat and snow pants?
