JCW = 210 or 207 BHP

Miniusa lists the JCW at 207hp, but every review I see online lists 210hp. What happened to the 3 horses??

It got lost in translation ...

It's the difference between the metric horsepower rating used in Europe and the horsepower rating used in the US

Is that what happened to the 2 HP in the MCS? I saw a lot of stuff that said 170, but then everything I see now says 168.
