XM Radio Installation

I just traded my 03' Mini for a 06' Mini Cooper S, and I love it. My previous car had the XM radio installed by Circuit City. They did an OK job, but charged too much, so I thought that I would install myself. The radio is a Delphi Roady II. It's small and perfect for the Mini. I have no clue of how to run the antenna. On my 03 Cooper, the antenna was mounted on the top in the front right above the windshield and the antenna wire was completely hidden. Also would like some ideas on mounting the radio, location, how to etc. If anybody has some information on this, I would greatly appreciate the info.
Happy Motoring!

Welcome to the forum, Al.

Yes, many of us have XMs installed, and many have done it themselves (me included). You really need to do a search. There is a wealth of information here.

And again, welcome.
