R50/53 Can you believe someone maliciously kicked and dented my new
Just read your heartbreaking story. And I do know the area as I was born in Glendale. Fortunately we left the "Valley" for the beautiful beaches of South Orange County. I agree with a previous message, Karma will catch up to the bastard. Six years ago I bought a brand new BMW. While shopping I parked in the absolute last spot in the very back. No one was near me. Later, I returned to find a shopping cart resting on my driver's-side door. That was six years ago and I'm still mad about it . Glad you were able to get it fixed. Mini's are so fun. My husband picked up his a month ago, Liquid Yellow, white top, he's in love! Mine, a Chili Red S, white top & rims will be produced in about 7 weeks, the waiting is killing me!
All I can say is "90% of the world is incompetent and it's up to the remaining 10% of us to manage them..." I'm so sorry. I'm sure it was a really pathetic punk who was just jealous...people can really suck sometimes. I had a similar situation happen to me with someone sideswiping my Malibu in the middle of the night and I was furious....and that was over a MALIBU! I can't imagine how furious I'd be if someone even breathed wrong on my MINI!! lol!
Well, maybe it was an accident, we could give humanity the benefit of the doubt and hope that somebody tripped in the dark while trying to get a better look at such a cute car, fell against the door and were so horrified that they fled then scene in shock. Just a thought, and a better one. Sorry you had to mend your MINI.
