Hideous??!? Those are just the Cordoba Beige seats. I kinda like them in my CR/UJ MCS!

I think the car's cool. Definately different and funny to boot!

Hell, some people might think that my choice of DS/DS was boring and dull. Who's to say they're right or wrong? It's my car, I can do whatever I want with it.

Expensive dune buggy! I love that someone did something for themself, as they wanted it, not caring what "others might think." It would be perfect as a second MINI if you live out in the desert! I want one!

lol! that thing is awesome. I can't say I'd wanna do that if I had only one mini, but if I had two. Can you imagine the looks that thing gets, all it needs is a water cannon that looks like a .50 cal on top, then you could have some fun.

So a MINI and a Hummer got together for a one-night stand and this is the result.

It doesn't look like a .50 cal but you could still have fun.

I was trying to be humorous by intentionally ignoring the obvious desecration of the Mini and making a snarky comment about the two-tone seats........oh well

All I can think is "Damn! Someone beat me to making mine a 4x4." But Tuls said he would divorce me if mine so much as cleared a spead bump more than 2 inches. As for the decoration I think the idea is great but it could of been designed a little better. What can I say, I grew up in the back woods where if they saw what I was driving now I'd be hog tied and flogged with a stick...a very large stick.

Is it really? I remember hearing something about a MINI in a Madonna video for a single that was pulled because of the war on terror shortly after 9/11.

My thoughts are very parallel to Tuls, good idea, bad practice though

I was able to cut a short 20 second clip from the Video showing the MINI. You know how hard it is to get a whole 20 second, family safe, clip from a Madonna video.

I couldn't figure out how to link it so check my gallery. It's in there listed as Video.

Thanks SB, I'll check it out.

In the time since I posted, I did a search and found an "American Life" video (on a spanish site) that was about four minutes long, but never saw a MINI. She did mention "Mini Cooper" at about the 2:49 mark however.

The one found on most searches now is the non-controversial version.

For those who don't understand this mentality, check out the history of the Mini Moke, and I think you will be very very surprised .

You werent kidding, it really was from a Madonna video? I just watched the video clip. I actually like Madonna, but that was pretty horrible. Funny part is that you can make any car screach and squeal like that in a parking garage with smooth floors like that. Hold on...
"I'm drinking instant lates. I get a double shot-eh. It goes right through my body and you know I'm satisfied. I drive my MINI Cooper, I'm feeling super duper. You can tell me I'm a trooper and you know I'm satisfied."

WTF? That is really horrible. Go Mondonna. I guess.
