R50/53 Side Marker Lights
Side Marker Lights
Quick question! The side marker lights, not the ones in the wheel well moldings (4 of), but the ones in the front fenders that are surrounded by the little grill type molding (2 of). Are they supposed to be lit when the parking lights and/or headlights are on? Mine only flash when I use the remote entry to lock/unlock the car.
Or is this a programable option with the computer?
On another thread (MINI convertable with a Xmas tree in the back seat) has its side marker lights on with the parking lights on.

Sounds like job for GBMINI! (if we can get him back in the circuit business)

Make sure the car is off and the key is out before you move the blinker stalk.

That is the only light that doesn't come on on the side of the car.
