Hey today i was installing my short shift, and had a few problems. I called them twice and they helped me out with it over the phone, they didnt rush me off the the phone and made sure i understood. I give them two thumbs up . BTW i love the short shift

 

yeh, that minds me about a year ago when I called Eric up after like 3pmEST and asked if he could still over night a shifter to me.

yep, arrived 10am next morning.
