Hey. I recently took my 2004 MCS into the dealership because it has failed to start a handful of times on my first ignition. When I try a second time it always chranks up. The dealership couldn't figure it out, but suggested that I try my other key since they saw one weird event in regard to my key in the log. Anyone else have this issue?

 

When you're turning the key for the first time, does it even crank or just click?
