I have been watching the dealer ratings with great interest. To date there are 1600+ members of the minicooper online forum. Less than 10% of us have responded to the dealer ratings. I would like to stess to all members that if we want to effect any type of attitude change in dealers especially here in the states we need to be more willing to constructively rate these dealers. It doesn't take much time and would really build leverage if the dealerships begin to notice a trend (whether positive or negative) on their behalf. This group has offered so much constructive information for all of us, it's time to give the dealers their due also. California dealers will begin to bend if they see they're at the bottom of the heap. And so far, there's not enough comment to effect change. Let's all see if we can rate them and make a positive change for all concerned. :smile:

Now I'm not the smartest guy, but how do you join the dealer rating? I keep clicking it, and am returned to the home page. Could someone go thru the steps for the "slow webbers"?

The link in the Main menu (to the left) will take you to the "Dealer Rating System"
For some reason the link in the upper right corner isn't working. I'll see if we can get this fixed soon.
