Way way back in the late 90's laurie and I were involved with the one lap. Laurie was the starter and I worked grid at Watkins Glen. If any of you get the time to see the cars do it. It is one of the most amazing collection of modified racing vehicles you will ever see. The years we worked the event we saw a grand caravan with a hemi, a ranger with a blown keith balck dragster motor, a racing cady limo. vipers, lambos, a 71 caprice wagon and much more.
