I'm moving to the States from Mexico in a few months, and i'm weighing the possibility of importing my MINI against selling it in Mexico and buying one in the States once I move.
In order to import my car, I must swap out my Km/h-only speedo for one that lists Mph (like the kind everyone in the states has).
Where can I purchase the U.S. MPH Speedo/faceplate so that I can install it in my car? Would that have to be through a dealer in the U.S.?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

 

Yes, I would say to just contact a US dealer. Shouldn't be a problem for them to order/install one, though I don't know what the cost might be. Did you check with your dealer in Mexico? They might also be able to rder one for you, so give that a shot too if you haven't already.
