Can anyone suggest a good honest Mini dealer in the Baltimore/DC area? or even Philly? Is MSRP the going price for the mini S (MSCs)? Also, what seems to be the average waiting time? Thanks in advance.

I also bought from Mini of Sterling and have nothing but good things to say about them. Bill Casing was my sales person and he did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable with the entire process. Everyone was honest and very straightforward and the only thing they tag on is floormats at $99, which I wanted anyway. They did offer to sell me things like aero kits, wheels, clear bra, and lo-jack, but with no preasure. They gave me a price list and just said "If you want any of these items, just let us know". The only thing I purchased was the clear-bra to protect the front of the car.

If you want dealer ratings, you have come to the right place. Please check out the dealer rating system to see what your fellow MCO members have to say about the various dealers in the area.

My experience with MINI of Towson thus far has been quite good. There appears to be a big gap in service/attitude/delivery date between Tate of Annapolis and MINI of Towson, with the latter getting the favorable marks. I think others here will support this contention.

Good luck!

I had a great experience with MINI of Towson. Ask for Barry. He was great and went above and beyond.

I agree with Mandy. Barry is super nice! I personally had Benn who was also cool, but there were some days I went in there and Benn wasn't available so I talked to Barry instead.

MINI of Towson's sales department is great. Answered every need through a very long process. Barry Wilson was a great help and never disappointed. Good luck!

I bought my Cooper ay Don Rosen in Bala Cynwyd (Philly) for MSRP. As far as I know, customer ordered Coopers and S's are still at MSRP there.

Have had no problems with service to date (10, 500 miles) - other than their rental car policy if the car's in the shop for a few days.
