I had a question about the proper wave form, and I assure you no use of pi will be seen. Anyway, I am an extremely prospective MINI owner. In other words I want one but just can't quite for many reasons, but I feel compelled to share my MINI joy with other MINI motorers. The problem is how can I signal, while driving, something like "Hey, nice MINI." or "MINIs rule!" all the while driving my old '97 Pontiac Bonneville?

I've tried the thumbs up approach on a small two lane road with no one on it but the HB MINI and me crossing paths. No sign of acknowledgement. On another occasion I saw a PW MINI across the median of a 4 lane road and gave a wave which resulted in a sucessfull acknowledgement. Still the problem persists: how can I let a MINI driver know that with out a doubt I am signalling them and their choice of car?

 

You need the "Hey Horn", so your actions don't confuse non-mini folks.

When I am driving our "other" vehicle and see another MINI, I roll down the window and wave wave wave and give a thumbs up. Sometimes I get a response back and sometimes not....:smile: I am going to have a bumper sticker made up that says "Our other cars are MINIs" since my hubby and I both have one.
