Thank you everyone for replying so fast!!! I have decided not to buy the used Mini after all the valuable input. I am going to put a deposit down on a fully loaded DS/B 2003 Cooper S with all the packages, Harmon Kardon (btw what is everyones opinion on this), and Aero Kit in the next week or so. I figured out the payments and it really isn't that much more of a stretch, and as you all have stated, I will get to break the car in and have a full warranty. As they say good things come to those who wait. Thank you all again for the valuable input.

Good move on waiting, it's the right thing to do. I heard the HK in MC last week for the first time. Absolutely Killer!! IMHO.

Good choice to wait! My neighbor bought a demo and I didn't have the heart to tell her that it was the exact MINI I test drove when I ordered my MINI. Needless to say I spanked the car pretty hard on my test drive. I am sure everybody else did too. I would not want a car that has been abused that way.
