Hey all,
I've tried to post a pic using OS X.2.3 , but without any luck. I have uploaded the pic to the Members Minis gallery, but when I try to paste the url, I get the BIG Red X in my signature line. If any of you can help, I'm thankful. My pic is on page 125, and is entitled Coopandme.

Thanks All,
Jim

Jim,

I'm not sure how you could post a photo from the photo gallery. Generally you need to have the photo stored somewhere on a server and you need to link directly to the photo. For instance I've got a small page i put up today with MINI Cabrio pics located here: http://www.bridger.us/mini/convertible/

If I want to post an image I can't just go to a photo page and copy the url (for instance here: http://www.bridger.us/mini/convertib.../mini_conv.htm )

Instead there is a folder on my server called "images" inside the folder that contained this particular website I put up today pretty much all sites have this folder somewhere on their server). So to find my photo I actually have to go here: http://www.bridger.us/mini/convertible/images/ and find the particular photo I want. Once I do there are a couple ways to copy the url. One; click on the image and then copy the url once it's loaded Two; right click (or control click if you have a one button mouse) and choose "copy link to clipboard"

Either way you do it you the next step is tp copy the url into the area that provided to you after clicking the image button.

Whew - I hope that's in some way helpful.

BTW this is the same procedure for pretty much any computer and any OS.
