Since there is no clutch what do the pedals look like in the CVT for 2003. Any pictires anyone? Have they replaced like the regular 2003's?

I don't know if I understand what you are asking, so forgive me if the information I'm about to provide misses the mark.

The CVT has pedals like a normal automatic would - gas and brake. If I recall properly, they are the same shape and size as the gas and brake pedal in the 5-speed Cooper. (The CVT is not currently available in the MCS). I'm fairly certain that there has been no change in pedals from '02 to '03 models.

I have seen the S pedal change and the after market pedals.

And yes I know there are only two....duh

I am curious if they changed them in 2003 or if anyone was offering custom pedals, I have not seen any yet.

Hmmmm.... I have seen aftermarket pedals - but only in sets of three for a manual. I honestly haven't looked for pedals for my CVT, so I don't know if I can provide the information you seek.

While looking for something else, I stumbled onto a set of aftermarket pedals for the CVT at MonsterMini.com. Just figgered I'l let you know.
