Traded in a '99 Mitz 3000GT for my MCS. What a dog the Mitz was.

Great to hear d-mini-ero, another ex-SUV owner.
My previous ride was a 2002 Jetta TDI purchased in sept 01. Didn't take me long to get tired of diesel power.

Still own my Ford F150 Step side, Not a practical car for Germany so I had to get a MCS too. Not that the truck dosn't cruise at 85-90 real nice, but changing lanes is the national past time over here every time you pass a Police car you switch to another lane and accelerate.

2001.5 VW Passat, still.... I feel like a Frosted mini wheat commercial. The sensible side won't let me get rid of the passat, but the fun side of me says "Let's Motor!"

Gave up the '84 BMW 318i (only took 3 tries before I found a charity to accept it as a donation ) for the MCS. Still keeping the '87 Honda CRX Si (Improved Touring race car), '95 Jeep Grand Cherokee (tow vehicle - but it goes to car #2 status in favor of the MINI), and my wife's still kepping her '02 VW New Beetle (got to love the whole retro driveway look).

A 86 Toyota MR2 with 199k, I was hoping to see 200 but I missed it by that much. Like the 318 owner it took a couple of tries before I found a charity to give it to.

RKMaroon - your first post! You're gonna like it on MCO for sure. We never sleep - just talk and drive MINI!

I gave up a 2000 Celica GTS with VVTLi and 6 speed. Great car - my 3rd Celica in 9 years.

I don't miss it. The MCS Rocks!!!!!!

It's amazing the number of Dodge Caravans on this thread...

I traded in my 2001 Ford Escape XLT for my soon-to-be-delivered Mini Cooper; still have my '98 Dodge Caravan and '67 Lancia Fulvia Sport. As is my policy, all the cars are green!

Slightly embarrasing....
A four door 99" Chevy Malibu.
No power windows, locks, etc.
Good sensible family car....except that I'm in my 20's and don't have a family so I felt pretty silly!!
