missing bolts?

I'll post this under minitalk and the mods can move it if appropriate. I discovered this while installing a stiffer anti-sway bar, but its a general assembly/quality question.

The instructions for installing a sway bar indicate that there are two pair of bolts (4 total) that that go into two tabs for the rear sub-frame, just inside the strut mounting points under the car. As described, the inner bolt is shorter than the outer bolt on each side.

Here's the thing... I only find the inner (shorter) bolt installed on each side on my 05 MCS (11/04 production date). The outer bolt is missing on each side There does not appear to be any kind of threaded item in the holes on each side for the missing outer bolts. So I'm wondering, is this a factory defect, or is it a production change? (Was it decided that these bolts were unneccessary?)

Anyone know? Has anyone else found this on their recent production 05?

I don't have the ability to post pictures , but if you look at:

You'll see what I'm talking about in the 4th, 5th, and 6th pictures.

Oh duh, never mind... I found the second set of bolts.

The sub frame is obviously held by two other bolts, not in the same set of tabs as the "inner" bolts. After removal, rereading the description of their location, and matching them with the bolts pictured in the instructions... Well, I've found them. Question answered
