Today I had my first ride in an MCC. The car was an absolute joy! It was not what I would have spec'd: No SC, Automatic, faux leather seating, etc. But it was still great.

And in a very real way, it gave me a completely different feeling than my MCS. We were top-down, just toolin' along w/ol a care in the world. I loved it, and you will, too.

Not to bring people down but last December I got a call and I had to rush home to help care for a terminally ill mother. I was out in California for 2 months. My Mom never really retired and was never able to travel some more as she had wanted (even though she had already travelled around the world). Lesson learned: life is TOO SHORT. You gotta live once in a while. So when I got back to NJ I put in the order for my 05 MCS Convertible.

Don't have any regrets! Have fun with the convertible! Enjoy life now!

I love my Convertible! I have racoon eyes from driving it all day today while wearing my sunglasses with the top down. Buy it with confidence my friend, You will not regret. Just wear some sunblock.

I can't speak for the convertible, but we have an '04 MCS that we take our kids in everywhere we go. We also have a Pilot for the soccer shuffle, dog hauling, etc - but for everyday stuff, the MINI is perfect.

Besides, the girls (10 and 11) always kick off their shoes and sit cross-legged in the back, so in their eyes, the MINI back seat is as good as a Bentley!!

Do you have to make small sacrifices in a MINI? Certainly. Is it worth it? Absolutely.

You can't go wrong with a MINI. . .(well, maybe if you're pulling a horse trailer or something. . .but you know what I mean. . .)
