We Love our MINIs
MINI is the favorite small car for the third year in a row.

I'm still amazed by 1) people who STILL ask what kind of car it is, as if they'd never seen one???
2) the people who will not even consider MINIs because "they're too small" and 3) the people (even automotive types) who apparently have an deeply held belief that MINIs must cost in the $40K range.

Thanks for the link! 3rd year in a row for MINI in the Compact Car category in the 2004 survey. Excellent considering how much competition there is now.
I notice the article is based on results of the famous J.D. Powers survey. Does anyone know how the list of categories was created? I can understand its not wanting to include a category with few makes, such as Entry Level Sports Car (versus Premium Sports Car featuring the Boxster), but omitting a category for Wagon/Estate Car seems an oversight (although that subject in itself may cross into the OT category here at NAM).
Returning to the topic perhaps a category for Convertible Car will be added now that there are so many (so MINI?).

My MINI is the only thing I own that gives me warm fuzzies, and a big grin every time I either think about it,look at it,or motor in it.Well so does my dog,but I tend not to think that I own her, more like we co-habitate,and motor together
