Perhaps this will be Page 2, the Electric Blue page.

I love my Electric Blue MINI. I think it's a very outstanding color on an outstanding car. However, when I saw Orange, I thought it was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was not interested in the ragtop. Over the past year of building and rebuilding my dream MINI, I always came back to Electric Blue.

When I brought the car home, my neighbors pronounced it a great "girl car color". I wonder how the colors divide up among the sexes?

I agree-that would be AMAZING!
besides that, my top 2 would be LY/B(in the garage!) or IB/B with stripes

BRGI don't care if is not "true" I love the metalic paint,it changes colour as the light changes, and if it were easier to keep clean,I'd probably get lazy

My Favorite Colors? Chili Red (I have owned 2 CR/W MCS) and Pepper White but with black roof only. I don't like all Pepper White MINIs but if they have a sunroof it helps break up the all white theme.

Other current colors I like are Hyper Blue (Thought about it long and hard but I could not bring myself to pay $420 for metallic paint and besides there is something about Red and MINIs ), Liquid Yellow, which looks specially stunning with a black roof and Aero Kit, Jet Black (No one seems to care/like Black MINIs ), Purple Haze is pretty interesting as well. I also like Cool Blue in the convertible and the Hot Orange metallic to an extent.

My least favorites are both Silvers but of the two I would take Dark Silver anyday of the week. Electric Blue sometimes I like and others I doesn't appeal that much to me. Solid Gold to me is a hit or miss color, but I admit it looks very nice in the MINI Cabrio. Bristish Racing Green (Which translates to early 1990's Honda Accord green), doesn't do too much for me but I admit it looks sweet against a black roof or body color roof. I hope that MINI one day will offer the REAL BRG which is a very different and lighter tone of green and has a solid, not metallic finish. I would be all over that one, baby!

My favorite discontinued colors are Velvet Red and Indy Blue. The new Hyper Blue lacks the richness and class the Indy Blue paint had. HB is nice but it is not in the same calibre.

Never cared too much for Silk Green, but that is another very rare early production Cooper color. Cosmos black was just black with metallic flakes, also another Cooper only paint scheme.

With Chili Red and Pepper White running a very close third and fourth.

I have a PW/B which I love, but I constantly think I should have gotten CR/W...I'm torn. I do love the Silk Green/W and would've ordered that color if it had been available for 2005. But I honestly have never seen a MINI that I didn't think looked really cool, even it if was in a color I thought I didn't like.

Electric Blue/Electric Blue. Bright but stealthy. It's a happy color! I laugh every day I drive it.

I'm a long time fan of Electric Blue (...a color which I am denied since I also a fan of Coopers ) but this is closely followed by all the other colors as I have seen splendid examples of them all including the controvercial Solid Gold. (if I were to get a cabrio, I'd be awfully tempted to consider SG w/ Cordoba Beige trim on the interior!)

I was tempted by the velvet red.I do like both the silver/greys,but to many other silver/grey cars around. The yellow is bright, but reminds me of the local city work trucks.I do like Black ones, but I have enough work keeping the BRG clean

I love HB/W, my other favorite is IB/W. I'm a sucker for dark blue. Least favorite colors? Solid Gold and Black Eye Purple (Purple Haze)

Of colors I've seen, Velvet Red/Black.
If my wife had ever seen Silk Green, that would have been it, hands down, no contest.
And what color is our MINI?
Jet Black.

Had the Indy blue been available for 05, I would have got that, but I liked all the colors the MCS came in except yellow. I have always been partial to green, but all the other colors I really liked. It came down to what color looked best with the Cordoba beige interior, and the BRG/B won. Now that I have the windows tinted, I could not be happier with the look.

Favorite color: Velvet Red. The best-looking VRs came with white roof, white mirrors, white wheels. Of course, that happens to be mine.

I believe VR cars represent only 1 to 2 percent of the '02-'03 US-export production runs, so they're doubly precious. There's a VR/B in my town too! We honk at each other.

Least favorite: PS/B. That's the generic MINI.

My favorite color is what I have: pure silver, black top as I think this is sleek looking. But I also considered all black. I also like electric blue and red. I had a red celica convertible once. ski

When planning to order my MINI (6+ months ahead of actually doing it), I always felt I would get Indy Blue... I was most disappointed when it was discontinued... until I later heard about Hyper Blue, which gave me some hope. Once I saw them side by side, I realized just how close they are (really, they aren't THAT different), so I was satisfied, and HB it is.

The only other color that would have torn me away from IB or HB is British Racing Green, but since I already have another car with a gorgeous (custom painted) green, I decided against owning two green cars.

Least favorite - Electric Blue. Just too girly IMO, but no offense intended to any of the gents here who like it. My first close-up experience with a MINI was one owned by a girl in my neighborhood, who had an EB MCS though. Loved the car, knew I'd get a different color.

I really like Chili Red and that would probably be my choice with a White roof.

However, I just saw the new Hyper Blue and that looks fantastic as well. That would be my second choice.

Third choice would be Pepper White with Black roof.

Actually, there aren't many MINI colors that I don't like. The yellow is a little pale for my tastes though.

My sentiments too. I have liked (and truly disliked) every color on the MINI (except Indy Blue which I always liked). But yellow. It looked washed out to me and cold for a bright color. I think daylight affects that color more than others. I began looking seriously at MINI colors last fall and this winter. Now, with spring approaching and on a clear sunny day, yellow looks jaunty and radiant. Guess that's why I kept changing my mind about colors when ordering my MINI.

I agree with the idea to bring back Velvet Red in the convertibles (with the tan top...) it would look HOT!

I am partial to the red and the blues myself... There are SO many 05 HB MINIs out there now... arg. oh well.

ack- side thought- saw something kinda interesting the other day while out motoring... a Velvet Red MINI with a Solid Gold top and white bonnet stripes...
