Cool down like turbo chargers?

do the Scoopers need to be cooled down after driving it? like turbo timers? or does it not apply to SC.

I've noticed a fan running after I've turned the car off after playing hard in the snow, probably to cool the engine/SC.

doesn't need to be cooled. Even the recent factory turbo's on a lot of
the cars do not need a cool down as they are liquid cooled.
