After 4000 miles on my 05 and it's more fun everyday!!!I already know everyone here knows it too!!!!!! I can't express the amount of fun this car is. A nice little motoring story (Ok this was the first time I had done something like this and won't do it again for a while) I was coming back from walmart tonight and decided to take the "fun"(curvy) road home. Well I turned onto the road and pull right up behind someone in a brand new Saturn Ion-redline who I might add was going really slow. So what do I do? Try to go faster. Well when I did they punched it and naturally I did the same in 2nd all the way up to 6th in a matter of 5 or so seconds staying right behind him untill we came to a stop sign. They pulled off on the other road and stopped to see what was behind them. Hmm... was it a srt 4? Lancer/evo? Subaru? Honda? Cop? nope. Just me. LOL The road I was on has 3 90 degree curves/turns and 2 really sharp, flat, and fun 45-50mph curves. Well I proceded to pull away from the stop sign pretty quick and when I was around the 1st turn, they decided to follow me. I noticed a car coming around the turns prretty quick a good bit behind me so naturally I thought it was a cop who spotted me so I went directly into my subdivision. Well when I went to get the shookup grocery's out of the back, I heard the redline coming from the other road behind my house. I guess they didn't get a good enough look so they wanted to follow me home and get a better one. lol. to bad they didn't see me turn in and they just kept going around the curve by my driveway. O well maby we'll meet next time.:smile: I do have to admit that the redline was another contender before I fell in love with the mini. I did manage to drive one and allthough I did enjoy it, It accually felt slower than the mini and lacked serious styling inside!! It has 210 hp but it felt like it had 150. I guess the ecotech engines still have some room for improvement.

Yes I'm aware of that. It wasn't about street racing or excessive speed. I wasn't racing anyone and i would say 15-20 over the speed limit isn't excessive. It was about how fun the mini is and how well it handles and the attention it attracts.:smile: Thanks for the heads up though...
