I got my MINI mints from the dealer.


I left them unopened in the glovebox, so when I sell it, I can advertise it's mint.

Having bought mine in '02, I want my mints with interest! And I am just now hearing about a welcome kit as well. Is this how they treat people who got in on the ground floor?

From earlier in the thread: "Amazingly, MINI Mints have an official BMW part number: #99-00-0-003-820 so in principle you could order them through a car parts store or direct from your dealership!"

If people are paying that much for mints, and I can order them cheap from the dealership, I think that I just found a second income!

Just a heads up for those of us who didn't get the Mini coffee mug. BMW/MINI has discontinued the mug. It is listed as "NLA" on the parts lists, (No Longer Available).
BMW does have a mug that will fit the Mini front cup holder but it has "X3" printed on it.

my MA claimed that one of the other MAs keeps stealing all the mints that come to the dealership... i hope i get another box when i get Sam next week!

 

I just got my Mini a week and a half ago and I got nuthin' from my stinkin' dealer! Well that's not completely true. I got the priveledge of paying for Lojack and Permaplate that i didn't want.

Ah, the horrors of buying a Mini in SoCal!

So what comes in the Welcome Kit? When do we get it? Is it through the mail? I want my schwag!
