This vid link still doesn't work for me. Just brings up the video viewer page and says "Loading video". Never loads up. Can someone download and host it someplace or email it to me please? Thanx.
Cheers,

Wow, had to fire up IE to see it but it was an object lesson worth watching. Goes to show that no matter how small something looks, a ton and a quarter beats 200 pounds every time!

Hey the guy in the MINI is a putz. Anyone stupid enough to get out of his/her car and kick someone elses car needs help. Serious problems going on in his head. The video was amazing. Goes to show, you can't do anything in public without someone lurking around with a video camera.

This is just the kind of bad judgment and illegal behavior that could give the MINI community a bad name!

What an idiot that MINI driver was. I hope they throw the book at him!

19% would change the whole situation!

He should be able to take off and gone...long before they turned the camera on.

This is my take on this whole situation.

Having the guy hanging on to the car like that upsets the handling characterstics of the car. Too much camber change from side to side.

Hand in the intercooler scoop reduces the efficiency of the intercooler, resulting in a high IAT and too-rich operation = reduced HP. Front mount intercooler whould help alleviate this.

Having a yo-yo stumbling around holding onto the car only adds to the probably yo-yo/stumble the car may already have. Two wrongs dont make a right.

Aftermarket brake pads would make those S-Lites look better longer.

Brake light mod? Hello?!?

Alright, now the vid came through. Not exactly the best quality. Crazy times on the streets. So this could be a NAM member and we may never know.

Cheerio,
Well....I sure hope he's not a NAM member. For shame, to drive that way, endangering someone's life! He doesn't deserve the privilege of driving a MINI or any other car!

I think this is just a hoax! Totally made up NEWS from MINI competitors!

I can see VW, Honda, Acura and Ford are the strings behind this NEWS.

The look on that newswoman's face after she says "quickly turned dangerous" cracks me up every time. She looks like she'd like to disembowel old Salvadore herself!

Try Internet Explorer - I couldn't get Safari or Firefox or Netscape to play it, but it finally worked with IE.

I have an iMac as well. I think it runs under a Windows Media Player program that you can download off the net for Macs

If you are on Mac it won't run in Safari. You have to browse the sight with IE and you have to have Windows Media Player for Mac installed.

Simple fact is as stated the guy put his own life in danger. He the same idiot that would get shot for 50.00 hold up. And the media sensationalizes stupidity and makes it look like heroism. Stupid is as Stupid does.

A few weeks ago I was going out to eat with the wife when I casually
stopped at a red light. Suddenly, this guy was at my window screaming about
something so I put my window down about 1/2 way to hear what he was saying. He started yelling at me that I should'nt have stopped at the red light because he was in a big hurry (I then put 2 and 2 together and realized he came from the car behind me) Just then he suckerpunched me in the head.
I leaped from my car and beat this idiot severly landing hundreds of lefts and rights to his head until he crumpled like a rag doll.
Suddenly, I was surrounded by multiple cops all with guns drawn at me. Luckily, many witnesses came forward saying all I did was protect
myself from this idiot who started the whole mess by punching me while I sat in the car with my wife for no apparent reason. I was cleared of any wrong doing, the cops apoligized for drawing the guns, and the guy beat to a pulp was arrested for assault. All in a day's work
