OK, MOD is the acronym for way too many MINI obsessions!

#1 - Obvious - modify
#2 - MINI Obsessive Disorder
#3 - MINI's on the Dragon
#4 - Midnight on the Dragon

Did I miss any?

I get in my MINI every day, crank it over, sit for a minute, doing up my seat belt, getting comfy, then me,the dog,and Poco go out into the world, and I love every moment in the car.Warming it up on the back roads, pulling out on the deserted highway and running it up to 6000RPM through the gears to get to 70 MPH and then settling at 3100 RPM and cruising in 5th,getting 35+ MPG,for the next 40 miles, get into the city, lay back, drive easy, for 15 minutes, stay in 2nd gear, get downtown, park,go to work, leave work, drive back out through the city, hit the highway, run him back up to 6000+,stay in 4th for awhile, more traffic on the way home,so more passing. And then on weekends and non working days, blasting the gravel back roads.
Yup,thats my life,work and NAM,motoring about.
Could be better. If I did not have to work

Congratulations on planning for your new Mini Cooper! I first saw the new Coopers in Car&Driver several years ago and started squirreling my money away since this was my first new car.
Three months before I took delivery of the Frackmobile, I was already buying parts and stalking any online Mini forums that I could find. Every other day I was calling or e-mailing my Mini sales lady asking about my delivery. She was kind enough to endure my excitement.
I'll find any excuse to drive the car, talk about the car, go out to the garage and look at the car, etc. My office at the bank if full of Mini models, pictures, posters, Best New Mini of Show (Mini Mania 2004) plaque, etc. This way, even when I'm not around my car or looking at them online between appointments I can stare at the wall.
Being a carbon fiber addict doesn't help the situation either.
