Performance Or Not?

I was recently at a salvage yard to check out an '03 R50 Justa that hadn't been cannibalized or barbarically ripped apart yet.
As always I usually revisit any R53's that were previously new on the lot to see what kind of recent condition they were in - any good parts left that I may have missed.
I remember one '06 R53 that had a supercharger intact with a CS 15% pulley and ATI 2% a while back; So I decided to go see what was left. The supercharger and ATI were now gone but this is what remained:
{sorry for the crappy pics}

Is this SC charge pipe an aftermarket performance or is it a factory OEM original to the R53?
The reason I ask; I don't see the typical "squashed" portion on this pipe consistent with the factory ones.found on our cars.

Your thoughts appreciated.

EDIT: Pictured shown is nothing more than the SC charge pipe/intake for an automatic and is Not a performance/aftermarket part.

Looks like a factory part to me.

Having a manual r53 - it finally dawned on me that the SC intake pipes on automatics were different and compared them.

if you're into selling parts for profit, that's a hard to find part. one recently sold on ebay for $150. it also looks like you could get one from the UK for about $80.

Yeah - You are right.
As much as I enjoy spending time at salvage yards and the amount of perfect condition NA hard to find parts I had amassed in the previous years; I definitely could have parley that into a lucrative side job. But it's really not my thing.
In this act, I prefer to help folks on here who are less fortunate to have yards near them, in need of hard to find NA small parts that I can easily pull and ship for the postal rate.
I had done that for one guy. Only to see him turn around and list it on eBay for a rediculous amount. He didn't really need the part.
That kinda killed it for me.

Ah, that's dirty. I have never really tried to make a side hustle of selling jy parts, but if I see something of particular value I'll grab it. When it's already removed...ha I'm totally in. But I've used some profits from selling jy parts to cover the purchase of jy parts for myself.
