Got this crazy idea of a 3 spoke road wheel on my mini cooper after creating a cool room decor table set with a Saab 3 spoke wheel which looks pretty cool. Here is a photo of the saab wheel but it got me thinking if anyone here has put a 3 spoke road wheel on their car before? I tried searching up 3 spoke wheels but what comes up is the 3 spoke steering wheels haha!

I feel like the 3-spoke wheel has lost popularity. Even simple 5-spoke wheels are getting harder to find these days.

 

Wheel design are like fashion trends, they come and go.
I see a lot of newer cars now (all brands, not just Mini) with a combination of painted and bare aluminum and very busy design - I'm not a fan.
An old school 3-spoke design, yes.

 

I thought that was a Bronco for a minute there...

Old 3 spokes 4x100 you will have to find in the old JDM culture catalog. Hard to find and most i have seen are used and traded on the high end jdm sites.
