R50/53 Wheel / Tire Fitment
@Whisky B
I was looking at it yesterday as I thought it was rubbing against the inner liner; it’s actually rubbing the plastic fender trim pieces. There looks to be enough room to trim the inside of the plastic without compromising the “look” of the trim. I definitely can’t get rid of them (I could, but don’t want to) so I will “tinker” with the trim, possibly replace the rear control arms, and keep going

Right on man, if you have a Dremel or one of those Wizard things you should be able to make quick work of it. The situation would be a lot worse if you were rubbing on the back end against the suspension, should be an easy mod. Try not to completely eliminate the plastic lining as it does shield the suspension components from excessive moisture and debris, good luck
@Whisky B
Definitely not rubbing on the suspension
Got the Dremel, just need a cutting wheel for it. Should be like butter!
Thx!
I also ordered a set of rear lower adjustable control arms to bring the wheels more into alignment; camber, I think?
